Clinton's Ditch Cooperative “The Pepsi Place” a New York State Pepsi Cola Manufacturer is looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Coordinator which is a salary nonexempt position.


Job Responsibilities:

    • Gather, rectify, and enter all receiving and production paperwork.
    • Cycle count all raw materials used in production daily
    • Count by commodity (find raw materials no longer used to get them off the floor and or out of the computer system)
    • Tag and list full goods that need to be shipped out.
    • Oversee the “Open Tag / Location Listing” report and make corrections.
    • Track dunnage unloading reports (Match them with what is expected to come in)
    • Help coordinate raw material usage. (FIFO system)
    • Support production supervisors
    • Inspect full goods stacks and tag application
    • Liaison between shipping and production departments. Report any issues to warehouse and plant managers.
    • Oversee shipping and receiving on third shift
    • Make sure loads are on time, and call in employees for overtime or find additional loaders if behind
    • Cover for loaders on third shift if on vacation or absent
    • Make sure the yard driver is doing their job, supplying empty and dunnage trailers to be loaded and unloaded (keep a flow of trailers)
    • Find can, pallet, tray, and purchased product trailers in the yard for unloaders
    • Handle substitutions on loads if we do not have the product called for.
    • Help solve any conflicts on loads shipping schedule. (find missing loads or move load times)
    • Find raw materials for production.
    • Coordinate finding space in the warehouse for raw materials and product.
    • Document and report problems with fork-lifts and floor-machine
    • Check fork-lift battery log
    • Distribute fork-lift keys to employees and make sure they function.
    • Print tags for Pre/Post BNB production.
    • Handle any computer problems (printing bills or tags, fork-lift loaders’ software)
    • Handle any shipping with UPS or FedEx (samples being sent out)
    • Keep track of loaders output and total trailers loaded. (yellow bills
 

Education:   Associates Degree

                       Experience:  3 to 5 years in a warehouse setting 

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule - including overtime/weekends
  • Previous experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, math and computer skills, experience working in excel.
