• Complete raw materials ordering, planning, procurement, scheduling, management, and inventory
• Interface with all plant personnel regarding all material goods logistics programs
• Ensure materials arrive as scheduled and communicate
• Effectively run CDC (Company) full goods logistics programs
• Work closely with production scheduling, manufacturing, and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supply, proper inventory levels, warehouse floor space while maintaining corporate goals related to inventory stocking levels for both raw and finished goods
• Ensure proper and accurate paperwork and reports, distribute, collect and retain same
• Interface effectively and professionally with all employees, members, customers, vendors and provide accurate and timely information
• Assist with month-end and annual inventories and closing processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations of raw materials and dunnage type production materials

Education: Associates Degree preferred

Experience: 

• Three years’ experience with logistics, inventory, scheduling, and procurement in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be well organized and punctual
• Must have excellent math and computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
