Description
Clinton’s Ditch “The Pepsi” Place an Independent bottler of PepsiCo products is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst. This is a newly created position, which is onsite at our manufacturing facility in Cicero, NY!
The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, and roadmap. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in project management and related technical competencies.
This person will be helping us implement a new ERP system and will need some project management experience as well.
Job Qualifications
- Must have experience in Manufacturing or production environment.
- Must have experience working on cross-functional projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- Must be able to multi-task on several projects at one time.
- Must have strong relationship-building skills & communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Project.
- 3-5 years experience in a position of a Business Systems Analyst.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- Experience in the food/beverage industry is a plus.
Job Duties
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between Business Operations and IT to assist to gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
- Solicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
- Support and align IT efforts to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that assignments are accurately delivered and implemented.
- Coordinate customer/vendor meetings to ensure that clear action plans are executed.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
- Meet with the project team regularly to review progress and drive project deliverables and deadlines.
- Develop and execute test scripts and plans accordingly.
- Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements as directed
This is not a remote position, candidates must be willing to commute to Cicero, NY every day.
